Shipping Info


We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Based on the nature of the products that we have, we have designed a multi tiered shipping policy that is designed exclusively in your best interests.

Shipping Cost:

We offer free shipping for orders of Rs.500 or more. For orders that are under Rs.500, there is flat rate of Rs.30.

For Metros

We are committed to delivering our products within 3 working days of the order being confirmed.

For Non Metros:

All products should reach you within 3 to 12 working days. For certain remote places, the delivery time may exceed 12 days.

Note:

The above time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The time line for each of these will be individually mentioned in the product description.

Please note:

  • At present, we only deliver within India.
  • Each order may be shipped only to a single address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, it may take longer, up to 12 working days for your order to arrive. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order being placed, we shall cancel the pending order, and send you an email informing you of the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
  • Certain ODA locations which are difficult to reach, the delivery time is more than 12 working days. Please contact our customer care for details.
  • We ship on all days, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to the nature of the product, or availability.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please don't accept the product at the time of delivery and call us on 1800-222-454 or mail us at info@reebaby.in. Please ensure that you mention your order reference number when you mail/call us. We shall do our best to ensure that a replacement is delivered to you at the earliest.
